Procurement for the provision of waste composition analysis services to West London Waste Authority

West London Waste Authority is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver three Waste Composition Analyses (WCA) as apart of a comprehensive contract. The analyses will cover the seasons of Summer 2025, Spring 2026 and Winter 2026/27. This work will support our efforts to assess and understand the impact of key policy changes - including Simpler Recycling, packaging Extended Producer Responsibility (pEPR), Deposit Return Scheme (DRS), and the Emissions Trading Scheme (ETS) - across each borough and WLWA as a whole.
