Join us for our special Recycle Week mending workshop alongside TRAID. Come along with your friends and family and learn how you could extend the life of your textiles with some simple and easy fixes.
West Londoners are in for a treat as we’re delighted to be screening artist and designer Alex Noble’s film ‘Who are the savs?’ A speculative anachronistic narrative using film and sound to explore how we can resist and push back against unsustainable fashion, borders and trade, waste and landfill, the manipulation of public opinion, the underclass and the regression of human rights.
After the screening, TRAID will be running a repair/mending workshop where you will make your own mending kit and be always ready to resist disposable fashion by having the tools to carry out simple repairs on your clothes.
